November is American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month. This service will be graced with the presence of a guest speaker descended from the Los Angeles Basin’s first people, the Tongva. Joshua Andujo is a Tongva activist, an instructor for HAWKs LA, and the founder of @natives4nature —a community-run environmental nonprofit. Josh brings the perspective of his Indigenous lineage to all his workshops and community activities, emphasizing the need for Indigenous voices in environmental advocacy and education.
