Bhakti Yoga is devotion steeped in love and compassion. This will be a heart-opening affirmational practice harnessing breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement to connect the divine within us to the universal divine through love.

NOTE: This is an accessible yoga experience that can take place for those who prefer mats as well as semi-circle rows for those who prefer chairs. Yoga mats are limited so bring your own if you have one!
