Every year or so, it feels appropriate to pause and provide a new summary of who we were and are as UUs. I approached today’s service with the goal of both explaining our movement to ourselves – in particular our potential new class of members – and promoting our upcoming General Assembly meeting in Portland in June.
If that is not a helpful description, I believe you can think of this Sunday’s sermon as either speed dating with our Association, or the ultimate effort to cram for a final exam on present-day Unitarian Universalism.
