The human experience is full of variety, from skin tones, to family rituals, to the size of our noses. So too the chemical make-up of our brains. From buoyant, to manic, to stable, to morose, knowing that we all have tasted sadness, but some of us more consistently live there. With words and tales earnestly spoken from those within our ranks, we give over this Sunday to give space and light to the reality of depression and our overall mental health.
