people of color, liberals, “Woke” and whatever other bogeyman they can conjure up. Pastor
Joshua will consider who is truly to blame by thinking about the very idea of blame itself.

The beloved community at Pacific Unitarian helps us find our direction and steady ourselves — even slow the spin together. There’s nothing more valuable to me, and I hope you feel the same, as we begin our pledge drive this Sunday with the theme “Turn the World Around.”

Autocratic, sociopathic leaders have, at their disposal, the most advances weapons the world has ever known and seem inclined towards endless war. As diffucult as this topic is, people of consicience must take control of the narrative and talk about war. What better way to do it than by lifting up the thoughts of one of greatest American historians and a veteran of World War II, Howard Zinn. Pastor Joshua will discuss Zinn’s writings through the lens of UU spirituality.
