Pacific Unitarian Spiritual Writing Group
meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
DATE/TIME: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 10:30 am to 11:30-ish. (Please note the change in the start time, which will be permanent unless otherwise contested.
LOCATION: Pacific Unitarian Library
TOPIC: New Life Springs Forth. Offspring* of a seed or a whispered dream, born afresh, resurrected or recycled (or whatever topic works for you).
*”Offspring” is called that because it originates from the Old English word ofspring, meaning “those who spring off” or “spring away from” a parent. It combines of (away) and springan (to spring), metaphorically describing children or young as having “sprung” from their parents to begin a new generation.
This is a very casual, chatty group. But we’re hoping that any serious writers might put up with us anyway, if they are so inclined. Submissions can be written or oral, no experience needed.
Please do not attend if you think you have or are getting something contagious. Masking or not is OK, your preference. Thanks.
