We woke up this morning to a practically inconceivable and certainly frightening development. I was up at 4:30 am, cried my eyes out, and then composed myself to start fighting like hell for our values!

If you need to be alone, please take care of yourself. If you need community, here are some gatherings:

The UUA Community Resilience Hub offers events.

Tomorrow (Thursday) at 4 pm, Side With Love, BLUU, and DRUUMM will be gathering for Tools for Tending: Post-Election Spiritual Care Space. You can register with this link

We will have our own post-election gathering on the Pacific Unitarian campus in conjunction with Atheists United LA and Sunday Assembly LA following Sunday’s brunch.

As always, if you need to talk, please reach out to me or stop by my office. I will not be physically on campus today, but I will be there all day tomorrow.  I hope these words from our UUA President, Rev. Dr. Sofia Betancourt provide comfort. Take care and know you are strong and you are loved! https://fb.watch/vHlGjkUQ70/
