Your search committee has entered into the “Discernment Phase.”
After months of collecting information, reviewing our history and answering questions
about Pacific Unitarian and our congregation, the time has come to process
information about interested candidates.
The process remains confidential and information cannot be shared at this time.
Who do we feel will be the best fit…and will the choice be mutual ?
Therein lies the complication.
But by late April, if we have a candidate, the congregation gets to meet our prospective minister.
We are excited and nervous as we move forward on this path.
