
The purpose of the Annual Congregational Meeting on June 4th, directly after the service, is…
- to approve the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget
- to approve a proposed change in bylaws
- to elect new members of the Pacific Unitarian Universalist Church Board of Trustees
- to elect members of the ministerial search committee
- to approve our intention to hold an ordination ceremony in the fall for our interim minister Chloe Briede

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
Ballots must be received by 1 pm on Sunday, June 4.
There are four ways to vote:
1. Electronically:
- Open the ballot with PDF(click here).
- Type an x where appropriate to place your votes.
- Remember to type your name at the bottom of ballot or envelope
- Save your document on your computer.
- Email admin@pacificunitarian.org with your completed ballot document as an attachment.
2. Print Paper Ballot & Mail-in:
- A PDF document will be attached to the email you receive from Pacific Unitarian.
- Open the ballot with PDF (click here) and print it out.
- Print an x where appropriate to indicate your votes.
- Remember to type your name at the bottom of the ballot or envelope
- Place the completed ballot in an envelope.
- Return to Pacific Unitarian in person in the box by the office or by mail.

3. Mail-in Paper Ballots:
Call Gaby at (310) 378-9449 if you want to request a paper ballot.
- Complete ballot.
- Print an x where appropriate to indicate your votes.
- Remember to type your name at the bottom of the ballot or envelope.
- Place the completed ballot in an envelope.
- Return to Pacific Unitarian in person in the box by the office or by mail.

4. In-person Ballots:
If you prefer to vote in person, ballots will be available on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4, in the box by the Pacific Unitarian office door.
- Complete ballot.
- Print an x where appropriate to indicate your votes.
- Remember to type your name at the bottom of the ballot or envelope.
- Place the completed ballot in an envelope.
- Return to Pacific Unitarian in person in the box by the office, by mail, or drop off at the table before or after the meeting.
