This Ingathering comes on the heels of a presidential debate. Right now feels like the real start of what could prove to be a stressful few months as the presidential campaigns go into high gear and the election approaches. Therefore, Pastor Joshua would like to set a bi-weekly self-care drop-in on Saturday mornings.
We’ll kick it off informally on Saturday the 21st in conjunction with LA Day of Peace. Pastor Joshua will be at the celebration of Jane Goodall’s birthday at 10am and would love to connect with people there. It runs from 10am to 4pm at Point Fermin Park in San Pedro.
The self-care drop-ins will continue starting Saturday, October 5th and run every other Saturday morning at 10 am in the Gazebo behind the preschool and will feature self-compassion somatic practices available to all.
