VOTING INSTRUCTIONS Ballots must be received by 1 pm on Sunday, June 2. There are four ways to vote: 1. Electronically: a) Open the ballot with PDF (click here).Type an x where appropriate to place your votes. Remember to type your name at the bottom of ballot or envelope. Save your document (with your changes) to your computer (note location). Email admin@pacificunitarian.org with your completed ballot document as an attachment. b) Alternatively, fill out and submit this online form. 2. Print Paper Ballot & Mail-in: A PDF document will be attached to the email you receive from Pacific Unitarian. Open the ballot with PDF (click here) and print it out.
