Calm, Care and Compassion during Covid
with Dan Dempster
7:00-7:30pm PDT daily

Joining window 6:55-7:05pm PDT
NOW through Inauguration Day, January 20th, 2021

“In a small effort to alleviate the appalling stress we’ve been enduring
this year, I am extending an online evening meditation practice,
7:00-7:30pm PDT daily (10:00pm EDT / 11:00pm Atlantic) for at least the
duration of the latest LA lockdown. All  are welcome, no experience
necessary. Give yourself a running start for the New Year by establishing a
positive new habit.

You are invited to join me for a half-hour in the evening to expand time
and space in your life. Cut through anxiety, despair and discontent. Bring
calm and clarity to your mind. Find kindness and warmth in your heart, and rediscover beauty in yourself and the world.

These are simple yet profound practices I’ve taught to meditation groups
for years, condensed to a 30 minute online format. Join anytime, as often
as you like. It’s open. It’s also free. This is a small effort to alleviate
the appalling stress we’ve been enduring this year. The more often you
participate, the better you’ll feel, the more helpful you’ll be to your
family and friends during this time.”

Dan Dempster is a certified meditation instructor and Dharma teacher,
